Sending deposit means you have agreed to Hierarchy Sales Policy and will agree to Hierarchy Terms. Hierarchy Kennel Breeder Cane Corso Italian Mastiff.

All Hierarchy Cane Corso are sold on a Contract, with a 26-month Health Guarantee.
Our primary concern is the well-being of our pups. We breed for HEALTHY dogs and STAND BEHIND our puppies!
We require all new owners of Corso to make time to train and be trained in dominant breeds/dogs and Corso temperament. The Cane Corso is not an appropriate choice for an inexperienced dog owner.

First-time dog owners and people who have had only “soft” breeds such as retrievers, spaniels, or toy breeds need not purchase. This dog is large, powerful, intelligent, active, and headstrong. A Cane Corso needs a leader who can guide him with firmness and consistency without using force or cruelty. The Cane Corso loves his family, but he’s not demonstrative about it. He will want to be near you, but he’s not demanding in terms of attention or physical touch. These dogs are pack leaders and require a great deal of socialization, obedience training and leadership roles in their masters. Please read the information within the link below for more information about the Cane Corso. This will help you in determining if this breed is right for you.

Note: These dogs are not Labradors, which means you must take full responsibility in proper training your Cane Corso. All visitation need to fill out puppy application and approved before coming out to the kennel, please list all proper legal name and addresses if you purchase a puppy we pull information off puppy application to register your puppy with AKC.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

All Puppies are sold on a Breeders Contract…

  1. BOARDING: If you purchase a dog/puppy and cannot be sent home by its available date (either by state/country/agricultural requirement) your Cane Corso will be boarded here unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Our Boarding terms are as follows: Cane Corsos are boarded at the rate of $30.00/day for puppies (under 12 months) over 12 months $25.00/day. Buyer will be responsible for all veterinary expenses, supplements, prevention (heartworm/flea & tick) incurred while dog is being boarded.
  2. Transportation is sole responsibility of owner, breeder will drive to nearest airport during kennel operational hours (9:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.) Please contact breeder prior to finalizing transport Breeder has full time job and will not be able to take off work to transport puppy. Transportation is sole responsibility of Owner it is not included in price, if transportation exceeds 30 miles there will be a $25.00 mileage charge. All Transportation is set up with airport and not our preferred transporter, please check with the airlines requirements such as; Age, type of Health certificate, Vari-kennel, two bowls. “Health clearance is different than our vet clearance this is a legal federal form in which veterinarian charge $100.00.” Puppy will not be sent out unless all information is supplied to breeder (Date/Time “Approved by Breeder”, location (address), bill number, reservation, flight number and airlines). What our recommended transporters charge is separate from Hierarchy these are separate companies we recommend by prior use their charges vary by state and not determined by Hierarchy Kennel.

  1. Companion pups are sold on a special agreement (limited) and will require proof of spay/neuter. Companion pups are sold based on availability. No breeding rights will be permitted on these puppies. Prices range $2800-3500; Pups are sold on a first come first serve basis with a $500 deposit. Family Companion Puppies are not sold as First or Second Pick in the litter, once puppies are evaluated at 6-7 weeks of age selection will occur.
  2. Show/Breeding/working prospects are sold on a first come first serve basis with a $500 deposit, Prices range from $4500-5500 each depending on litter.

Puppies have not been picked up after 8 weeks of age will be considered a boarding animal and will be charged a boarding fee of $20.00 per day ($ 140.00 per week Payment needs to be Paid by every 7th day of boarding) per puppy for his/her food, care, cleaning. Between 9-10 weeks of age puppies will need additional vaccination, supplements, prevention (heartworm/flea&tick) which will be charged back to the owner and will need to be paid before puppy leaves Hierarchy grounds. Puppies left after 10 weeks of age and boarding fees have not been paid on Puppy will be considered abandoned ownership resorting back to Hierarchy “No Exceptions, all payments will be forfeited, Non-Refundable”.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT TERMS

Balance is due when the puppy is 6 weeks of age, balance is not paid by 6 weeks of age puppy will be resold, late deposit after 6 weeks of age is required to pay off their puppy by 8 weeks of age, if not paid in full puppy will be forfeited and sold with no reimbursement or transferrable. If for some reason the buyer changes his/her mind on a puppy, they forfeit their deposit.
If puppy that is desired (gender/show/working) puppy deposit will transferred to future litter (up to 18 months from original deposit date, price on litters vary), no transfer will supersede another deposit already existing on litter. If Owner transfers their deposit to a new litter after original reservation is 4 weeks of age Owner is required to pay in full for transfer litter puppy at birth.
